Nimbus is a thickly structured Israeli Mako cotton combined with 4% nylon to help keep its shape. It falls in the bulky yarn weight. It is hand washable, or delicate cycle, and hang to dry. The balls come in 3.52 oz (100 g) / 164 yds (150m).
