Welcome to ABQ's Westside Yarn Store
At Mariposa Yarn Store, we provide a space where fiber artists can bring their creativity to life with beautifully crafted yarns, indie hand-dyed yarns, and special organic yarns made from sustainable resources. We also offer needles, hooks, and notions for knitting and crochet. Want to learn? We offer classes in beginning crochet and knitting along with special workshops throughout the year. We want Mariposa Yarn Store to be a place "where creativity takes flight!"

The loveliest people work here-so helpful with a great selection of yarn and crafting meetups on Wednesday night and Friday afternoon. I've done a couple of classes. They were done really well.

Friendly and helpful Staff! The owner is lovely and hosts amazing classes and makers groups. This is the only shop open 7 days a week.
