Return Policy

For yarn bought in the store, customers may exchange full-priced yarn in its original labeling (unwound) within thirty days of purchase. Yarn purchased at a discounted price is not returnable. 

For yarn bought online, customers may ship back (at their expense), full-priced yarn in its original labeling (unwound) within thirty days of purchase. Once the yarn is received at our store, we will issue a gift card. 

Needles, notions, accessories, and books are not returnable.  All sales are final.
