Basic Sock Course 1/17, 1/24, 1/31

In this introductory 3 unit sock class students will use the "magic loop" method to knit a basic, or vanilla, pair of socks. Students will learn the vocabulary of socks while working in the round to construct a top down (cuff down) pair of socks. The course will consist of three 2-hour workshop classes where students will learn a new technique and have time to practice with instructor guidance. Yarn is included in the class cost. Students are asked to bring size US 1, 40" needles or they can purchase them at the store for an additional fee. The class will meet from 1-3 pm on Saturdays 1/17, 1/24, and 1/31.
